While wandering through a store one day looking in a book section, I had absolutely no business being in, I stumbled across a little black book. Of course! It was titled ‘Write the Story’, and this lovely little journal was created by Piccadilly.

The prompts were written differently than I was used to seeing, just a title and some words. It intrigued me to no end! After a worthy justification I had spent the rest of the shopping trip coming up with, I bought it.

Now, I know I’m not alone. But I’m guilty all the same. I went home, put it on a shelf and forgot about it! Sad, but true. When I finally came back to it, after having done some writing homework, I had so many ideas! I was also pleased to note that they seem different to me then my previous writings. Dare I say, better?!

But how could I know for sure?

Being familiar with the fanfiction style of website already, I decided I wanted to put my prompt practice up for public review! That way I could tell if my writing was getting better and see what I still needed to work on. Plus, it seemed like fun!
